Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 10 years? 15 years?
Well, that's an interesting set of questions. Yes, i look to the future, and have dreams and such. But at the same time, the future isn't set in stone or promised to anybody. So while i do dream and kinda make plans, i also focus on the here and now. BUT, here are some of the things i've had in mind.
In 5 years I will be 34 years old. By then, i'd like to be living in a house again, hopefully on the way to buying it (either with rent to own, or through an actual mortgage, etc). I'd like to own my own business, or at least work for myself on a regular basis. Both girls will be in school full time, so i'll have my days free. Ivy will be 13 and Desi will be 8, so I won't have to be at their beck and call all day long. I hope to be able to take vacations, and visit friends and family on a regular basis. No matter what, i see myself with my family, and in the long run, that's really all we can ask for.
In 10 years i will be 39, half a year away from 40. I'd like to own that house (cause we've looked at a few we could have paid down and completely off in less than 10 years - Like a moble home, etc) I'd like to have a well founded business, with a nice local customer base. I'd like to take some classes, possibly Photography or culinary based and use that to help open a second business (the first will probably be cleaning houses) I guess the rest is just what happens as life takes it's course
And in 15 years, to be honest, i haven't looked that far. I know i want to be stable, not relying on anybody else to help us pay bills and all that jazz. I'd like to be happy in whatever we are doing. And I'd like to still have the greatest friends and family in the world. Everything else that happens will happen. Whatever will be will be, etc. :)
But yeah, i guess that's what i've thought of. No real plans for the future. Just gonna take it a day at a time, and enjoy what happens, and see where we end up. LATERS
