clearing my mind again. Sorry if it doesn't make sense.
Today was one of those days where it seemed like a million emotions hit me all at once. I had some great up moments, some horrible down moments, some pissy moments, and some giggly moments. Not saying that's a bad thing. The bad helps the good feel more alive, better.
First thing this morning, i felt like i was being attacked again by a certain individual who thinks he knows me just because he's read a blog or two and a status update or two. Sorry, my online stuff is NOT ME! It's what i'm FEELING at any moment. Everyone has changing emotions and moods, and that's what my online stuff shows. It does not show ME, and who i am or what i'm about. Forgive me for being blunt, but if you believe that this is all i am, and i really am that shallow, YOU'RE A FUCKING IDIOT! Take a moment to look in the mirror, and figure out who you are, because if you are stupid enough to believe that, you aren't all there yourself. And NEVER call me stupid and lazy. Especially since you don't know me and you don't talk to me, and you certainly don't see me all day and what i do. That pisses me off. So yeah, please keep your hateful shallow stupid opinion to yourself and stop bringing others down because you are down on yourself, k? Oh, and actually take your freaking meds, PLEASE!
Then we went grocery shopping, which worked out pretty good. I actually took the time to write out a list of the things we needed, instead of just going in and picking stuff up for meals as we go. We forget about all the good meals when we do that. So i made the list, and we stuck to it, and we got out of there for a weeks worth of groceries for less than 80 bucks cause we remembered what we had at home. Our meal list and recipes are as follows. I feel like sharing.....
Poppy seed chicken, Goulash, Spaghetti, Stew, Chicken and Rice, Chicken marrinara, Ravioli
- Poppy seed chicken -
1 family size cream of chicken soup
1 8oz sour cream
Ritz crackers, 2 rows
1 stick butter
2-3 small-med chicken breast
Poppy seeds
Cook the chicken to taste. While the chicken is cooking melt butter and pour over crushed ritz crackers. Shake 1-2 tbsp poppy seeds into this mixture. Then in seperate bowl, mix soup and sour cream together. Then cut chicken into small pieces and add to soup mixture. Coat bottom of rectangle baking pan with 3/4 of the cracker mixture, leaving some for the top. pour in soup mixture, and sprinkle remaining cracker over the top. Bake at 350 approx. 15 minutes, or until the sides are bubbling and the center is hot.
-Chicken marrinara-
1 jar vinyard marrinara sauce
linguini noodles
2-3 small to medium chicken breasts
Provalone cheese
Cook chicken to taste in skillet while noodles are cooking. Pour marrinara sauce over chicken in skillet, and add 2-3 pieces provalone cheese, torn up or crumbled. Stir until cheese is melted. Pour over linguini noodles.
The rest is basically stuff that everyone knows how to make. Stew of course is a family recipe for most, so they are all different. Goulash is pretty good too, and easy. So if you want another recipe, just let me know, ok?
Then we came home and just kinda lounged around the house. I got a nap when Desiree and Ruben laid down, which was nice. And then we spent the evening just watching tv and playing with the girls. They are definently stir crazy, but being broke does that to a person, lol. Then we did poppy seed chicken for dinner, watched Labrynth, and the girls went to bed. Then Ruben left for work about 20 minutes ago, and i'm about to go to bed myself. once i get all these thoughts out of my head for the night and close up the house.
Tomorrow i'm gonna take the girls to Chuck-E-Cheese. They each have 20 tokens and 30 tickets coming for their birthdays. So we are actually gonna go do that because it's close enough, and it will be FREE, lol. Free is always good. And then after that i'm going to run over to the walgreens on 29th and pick up the photographs of the car accident that i had printed over there. gotta love the website. The prints are 19 cents a piece, and they can be picked up in store. Pretty awesome. And then i'll probably run the packet of information to the Lawyers office. That way they can have it in hand. And i won't have to worry about getting it there on time wednesday. And then we are gonna hit natures treasures, The Hampton, and maybe the Hawthorn to see if they wanted to buy anything from Ivy's fundraiser. And if i get a message from Cheryl about tomorrow, i might go up there around lunch time and see if they want anything up there. That's all i can do, and hopefully we can come up with enough sales for her to get the prizes she wants. I don't know that, just gotta try as hard as we can. So that's gonna be a busy day.
And then Wednesday is the day ivy goes back to school. So tomorrow night i will get all her stuff together, and have it all ready to go the next morning, so Ruben can get her breakfast and she cna get herself ready, and i won't have to be up to get it done until it's time to walk her over to the school. Should work out pretty well. And then i will probably spend the majority of the day Wednesday getting my house cleaned back up. And hopefully get some help from Ruben on our bedroom and all the clothes that need to be sorted and put up. that way we won't have to do too much to it the rest of the week and we cna enjoy our weekend. that would be nice.
Right now though, i think i've written enough to let me get to sleep. I'm gonna go crash out, and hopefully get more sleep tonight than i did last night, lol. LATERS
