Work work work, and not a break in sight

But you know what, I think I'm ok with that right now. Being busy makes me forget how far away we are from getting to do certain things. And i'm super excited right now. :) Got TWO orders for wish upon a star. That is totally awesome.

The first one is gonna be the longest hardest one thus far. The colors are turquoise, cobalt blue, and silver, and i found some vellum paper with stars and another with snowflakes. I am making two 10 foot long garlands, and two filled ornaments. One garland is hearts, and it is going to take 120 paper heart (which are 1 inch wide each, of course) and take about a minute a piece to fold. And the other is stars, which i can generally pump out pretty quick once the paper is torn down to size. And it is gonna be 170 stars for the garland. And then the ornaments are gonna take quite a few a piece too. But i won't know for sure how many until i get them, and i won't be able to get then until the money comes in and i am able to order them. Which should be in the next couple days, so that's kool. I am excited to get started piecing them together, so i can get some pics posted. And hopefully those pics will be able to show how awesome they are, and i can get some more orders.

And then the second order is just a simple jar full of blue stars. And i'm gonna need to go pick up the paper and the jar in the next day or two so i can get it pieced together and dropped off when i go to pick up my hat on Thursday. Just have to find the extra gas money so i can hit hobby lobby and get the stuff i need to pick up. And when i get the money for the whole order, i'm gonna pick up some generic ball ornaments, and fill them, and then sell them for a flat price. And hopefully they all work out awesome, and people actually buy them. It's gonna be an early christmas present for her daughter. :) So it will be a jar with a dome lid, and blue stars.

So that should keep me busy for at least the next week or two. hopefully it won't take me THAT long to get the big order finished, because we could really use the rest of that money :) It's ok though. I make it work. I always do. Just really sucks, because the way the budget SHOULD have worked, we should have had the money to pay all the bills EARLY each month, and here we are, behind again. And it is beyond frustrating. But we will make it work. That's all i can do. And maybe i can get some more orders, or i can get some housecleaning work, or SOMETHING to help. If we can't get caught up soon, i might see if we can borrow some money from my parents, or my sister, or my grandmother, or SOMETHING, so we can make it work easier.

As long as i can hold on through the end of the year, then it will all work itself out next year. Just gotta hold on and have faith it will all work out. :) Not gonna stress out over it. If it comes down to it, we might just have to get rid of stuff, or turn off some stuff for a while. I doubt it will come to that, but i guess we just wait and see.

Right now i'm about to start dinner (tuna helper and vegies), turn on Leverage at 8, then the glee project and 9, and true blood at 10ish. Good show night :) And while i'm watching those shows, i will be folding stars and hearts until i am completely out of paper. And then maybe i will throw another 5 bucks in gas, and hit hobby lobby tomorrow and pick up the other stuff i need. And see what happens from there. I seriously wish i could get Carla to help us out again. that made things so much easier and so much more fun. oh well. I know they've got it hard sometimes.

Neway, i will just figure it out and make it work. LATERS :)
