And i'm doing my best. I find it crazy that things seem to happen for us right when we need them most. When we need money to update tags on the cars, i get a phone call from someone to come clean their house, for just enough. When we are running out of money, and are about to overdraft for a simple drink for work, a friend brings us some money he owes us, which is just enough for what we need. When we need to buy diaper wipes, dog food, paper towels, and other misc stuff, Ruben gets extra overtime, leaving us just enough for what we need. Like we found the apartment just weeks before we were going to have to start paying the new landlord for the house. We found the grand am just weeks before they repoed the sonnata. Things like that seem to happen for us all the time. While it can be stressful dealing with all the drama before it actually gets fixed, i can't complain. We are very blessed in our lives. Things seem to happen for a reason, even if we don't know what that reason is at the time. Guess it's one of the best tests of faith we can ever have, huh?
Tomorrow night we are having a little sleepover with at least one of Ivy's friends from school. Aubrey wanted to stay saturday,but saturday nights just aren't good for us, so we told her she could stay tomorrow night instead. So at least she will be staying with us. The other girl she's lving with might be staying too. IDK for sure on that one yet. Either way, i hope the grls will have a good time.
Saturday of course is game night. Don't know what we are gonna play, but i'm sure it will be a good time. I've really enjoyed the time with friends playing games that i actually like playing. I hope it keeps going. guess we will see what happens
Sunday is laundry, as always.
Then next week is a busy, but shortish, week.
Monday i go over EARLY and pick up the base pass from Brita.
Tuesday i go clean for her, which usually takes most of the morning into early afternoon.
Ivy has a five day break for thanksgiving starting wednesday..
Thursday is, of course, thanksgiving, so we will go eat and visit with family.
Friday we will spend as a family doing fun stuff, i hope.
Sat we clean house and have friends over, and then it starts all over again.
December 10th, which is a saturday, we are gonna go take part in a tournament up at the hampton inn for Noble Armada. I need to practive some more so hopefully we can get some more games in between here and there. Just have to see though. The we will play, and see what happen then. Hopefully i don't completely crash and burn like i tend to do, lol.
while life sometimes gets into a rut, there are the little moments that make it so much fun. And i think this christmas break, i'm going to try to change things up and make it fun for the girls. I'm wanting to have a slumber party. A real, more than one person staying the night, slumber party. Thinking teh guest list is gonna include Brenna, Bunny, Madison, Aubry, Korben, And another couple of girls from her class that she is super awesome friends with. Maybe 8 other kids total to invite. That way, even if they do all come in, it won't be too much, but the chances of enough showing to be fun is higher too. SOO, we will start planning that soon. Probaby send out invites early in december, to give them plenty of time to respond. Guess we will see what happens. I have no idea, lol.
right now, i need to get the dog to shut up, start fixing dinner, find something to turn on TV worth watching, and try to relax a bit. I'm not feeling too good right now, so hopefully we can mend that soon too. LATERS
