12/30 Typical day

Describe a typical day in your current life.

Lets see.  If it's a school day:

7:45 - 8:00 - wake up and wake Ivy up.
8:00 - 8:40 - Breakfast, get dressed, brush teeth and hair, gather backpack etc,
8:40 - Walk Ivy to school
8:45 - 11ish - Depends on the day.  Either groceries, or go for a walk, or clean house, etc.
11:30-2:00 - Bedtime/ nap time (hopefully.  Sometimes it happens, and others it doesn't)
2:00 - 3:40 - free time.  game, read, write, watch a movie, etc.
3:40  - Pick Ivy up from school

From 4 - usually 7ish is after school stuffs.  Usually just free time.
7:00 - fix dinner and eat
8:00 - start winding down.  Change into Pjs, brush teeth, etc.
9:00 - bedtime for the girls
9:30 - 10:30 - time with Ruben
11:00 - bedtime for me


Now, if there is no school, there is very little structure.  Generally we get up in the morning and go for a walk before it starts to get hot.  Once the zoo starts having morning activities, we go up there.  Sometimes we go swim, or hang out with friends, etc.  Friday there is not usually a nap time.  Saturday sometimes we get up super early and go for a walk before the city wakes up.  And Saturday night (every week) is game night.  We play table top/ console/ roleplaying/ board/ card games (whatever we decide on the night).  And that's a week in my life, lol.  Yeah, i know it asked for a day, but it's all pretty much the same.

I am thankful for the stability we have in our lives right now.  Yeah, sometimes stable is boring, but it's a hell of a lot better than the chaos that we had to deal with for so long.  I definently cannot complain. :)
