There is so much going on in my life. So many thoughts running through my head and sometimes it feels like I'm going crazy trying to keep up with it all. Between the politic bullshit (and only the parts that really actually matter to me, like the birth control and health insurance debates - cause lets face it, the national debt doesn't matter as much as the other two), and my health problems, and problems around the house, and money problems (which HOPEFULLY are almost over!), It is OVERWHELMING sometimes.
I am seriously ready to get this election over with. Either side has things that are both good and bad, and it's a matter of finding out which is taking office so I know what we have to expect. I just hope that they don't change the pre-existing condition clause in the health care plan, because I am going to need it after next year!!! Frankly, that's what's the most important to me. The other politics, which I ranted about before, are things that just annoy me and don't make sense to me.
I am anxiously waiting to find out what Ruben's paycheck says on Thursday. Because if we get it and the garnishment is only 152.22 then that means the garnishment is OVER, and we won't have to worry about it anymore. Which is great. If it's more than that, then we will just see what happens. I just PRAY that it's over so we can get back to work the way we NEED to get to it.
It's about time to get Ivy from school, and then I gotta get to work on the house. Her little friend is coming over to stay the night tonight because her mama is being induced tomorrow morning at 5am! EEK! She's gonna be EXHAUSTED! Hopefully the garnishment is over this week, so I can get her a little something for the baby, or for her. She is so brave, and such an awesome mom. Her hubby is stationed in Texas and isn't going to be able to be here for the birth of his son, and that's sad. :( But you do what you've gotta do, ya know? And I'd like to think that her friends up here - including me - are helping her out pretty well.
Already ran by the store and got the stuff we need for tonight - which were just a totinos party pizza and a 2 litter of Crush, lol. Nothing much, but it's for dinner tonight, with soda for the girls. Put a little gas in the car too, so Ruben won't have to do it tonight. House is straightened up now (cause there was an hour break between paragraphs, lol) and I'm gonna lay down and rest before time to get Ruben up and for the little girl to come over.
Ready for the four day weekend. Not having to get up right away for a couple days will be nice. Thursday we have to go run errands and pay rent. Then Friday I am taking the girls to Pumpkinville at the Myriad Gardens Childrens Garden. Supposed to be pretty awesome. Lots of crafts, and activities, and all that jazz with fall/ autumn themes. So we will see how that goes. Gonna try to get there as soon as it all gets started so we can get out before it gets hot, and before it gets super busy (hopefully). Then Saturday we probably won't do a lot, and that's fine with me. It'll be game night, and we might actually have a few people over so HOPEFULLY I'm feeling way better by then, lol. Sunday is, of course, laundry. So nothing super exciting the rest of the week other than Pumpkinville Friday. I really am OK with that. It's been such a crazy week this last week that it will be nice to get to just spend time with friends and family not doing a whole lot.
Right now, I've probably got another hour and a half to two hours before i need to be up and around and ready for her to come over, so I'm gonna get off here and try to rest a bit.
Thank you to all my friends who actually take the time to read this. I'd like comments sometimes too ya know ;) lol. But I love you anyway.
