When things don't go as planned

You smile and make the best of it.
And this weekend didn't go quite as planned.
We were supposed to get some stuff done around the house Friday, but instead just got the house clean (which is NOT a bad thing, haha) and napped. We were up a BIT late, and then slept in just a bit yesterday morning.

And then we were supposed to go to OKC wars yesterday.
And that's where it REALLY went bad, haha.  We had apparently gotten the date wrong - EVERYONE had it written down wrong.  So we had to move upstairs to the Board Room.  Mind you, it wasn't HORRIBLE, but if more people had shown up we would have been SCREWED!  But instead of being pissy about it, we just sat around the big board room table and played one big game of Warmachine.  And in that game, my new models didn't really do all that bad, haha.  Heck, even my Daughters - who usually die first, maybe second round SURVIVED THE ENTIRE GAME!  So yeah, great game, haha.

Then we came home early - cause nobody wanted to be stuck in a room that was really too small for the entire day.  We left out of there about 5, so that let me come home and take yet another nap (MS exhaustion is SOO frustrating).  And that, in turn, actually let me stay up late for Game Night with the guys!  We played Infinity, which is actually really fun once you get the rules down. :)

I crashed out just before 2 this morning, and then slept until 9 when the dog started flipping out!  UGH, sometimes she frustrates the hell out of me.  But anyway, Now i'm up getting things together for laundry and watching tv.  I'd RATHER just go back to bed, but laundry won't do itself, haha.  SOOO, yeah.

We've already got groceries for a few days, so i won't have to worry about too much.  Might hit the store on the way home for the two things we actually need.  Milk and Rice.  Other than that, we've got food to last until next weekend. :)  Gotta love when that happens without actually meaning to huh?

Ok, guess I gotta get out of here. UGH!
LATERS!
