Ok, so it's not THAT bad. But still.
This week was CRAZY busy
Saturday I interviewed for the new cleaning job. Seemed nice enough, and thought it'd be kool. Excited for a little extra money too (which came at just the right time to make the rent and bills all on time. YAY)
Sunday was laundry, as always. Not horrible, but I was tired. So I really didn't want to go do laundry. I'd have rather just slept all day, but alas.
Monday I cleaned the new house. And then had an OMG WTF did I get myself into. Because OCD is no laughing matter, and for those that don't have it, it's OVERWHELMING. I did my best, and was prepared for her to say "FIX IT" to the things I didn't get right. Instead, she fired me. Oh well, her loss - and it's not really a bad thing cause I don't think I could have kept up with that job, ya know?
Tuesday was an OMG SHOOT ME kinda pain day. Ran errands and paid the rent and stuff, and then came home and did NOTHING all day, because it hurt to move at all.
Wednesday I cleaned for another friend. :) And it was AWESOME, haha. Her house is a typical cleaning house. Sweep and mop, dishes, pick up trash, kinda house. THAT I can do a lot better, haha. AND she was home - so we cleaned it together, and then she took me out to lunch. So we got to hang out, and talk, and then go eat, and it was awesome to get to spend time with another adult, haha. I don't get NEARLY enough of that because I have the girls all the time, and most of my friends don't have children. *shrug* could be worse right? Anyway, it was nice.
Today I did a little around the house, but otherwise just kinda hung out and watched tv and worked on a few things I needed to work on around here. And it was nice.
Tomorrow I go clean for another friend and her family. :) I'm excited to see the babies bedroom all finished up. It looked AWESOME when I saw it last time, so I bet it looks even more awesome now that it's done. YAY! And then tomorrow after school, the girls and I are going to help the art teacher get some stuff ready for the Veterans Day program that's taking place on Monday. She could get it done herself, but she'd be there FOREVER, so we are gonna help out. And she's gonna get some pizza and stuff for us too, so that'll be nice. :) I enjoy helping her out.
Saturday is supposed to be a baby shower for a friend, but I'm not sure I'm gonna feel up to going out and doing something without Ruben. I'm gonna miss a pretty good chunk of tomorrow, so it'd feel horrible to miss a good chunk of Saturday too, ya know? Just have to see for sure what happens, but I honestly see me staying home and hanging with the family and loving it. :)
Then the 21 is an advanced learning thing for Ivy that evening. And then the 22 is a field trip with Desiree. UGH! lol. I love being a mom, but sometimes, I really wish I had a little more help with the school stuff, and all the house stuff, and all that jazz.
THEN, that Sunday - the 24th - my family is coming up. Whitney and Nick and the kids will be here that morning, and then Mom and Dad are coming up that evening. :) Mind you, I'll LOVE seeing them. I don't get to see them NEARLY enough. But at the same time, my house is a cluttered mess. And I don't like it to be that way when they come visit. SOO, I have until then to get it where I'd be ok with them seeing it. :( EEK! Oh well, I'll get it done, I'm sure. Just gotta see about getting a carpet cleaner cause our carpets are a wreck right now. Hmm, wonder how much they are?
Anyway, I'm gonna get off the computer and get some more stuff done. SO LATER TATERS
