What a day

This has been a day and a half.

First i woke up with salmonella poisoning, feeling like total and complete shit. That was no fun at all. I was supposed to go out to clean the house i clean, but instead i just stayed home and slept. It was such a horrible feeling, ugh

Then, i got overheated, and just couldn't seem to cool down, which made me feel even worse. Ruben's been feeling crappy, so it's just been a crazy day all around.

Then when I picked Ivy up from school, she came out with her Art Collage we entered in the art contest. SHE WON FIRST PLACE! How freaking awesome is that? I am so proud of her. She won both the Country estates art show, AND the MID-DEL PTA art contest. That is awesome. She's taking after us, haha. I just hope that she keeps up the way she is. She's going to be a beautiful person anyway, and she's already so freaking talented!

And now here we are at the end of the day. I still feel like shit, but a bit better. Desiree is a grump, wanting a little bit of everything, and she wants it now! That's exausting. Ivy is bored, and trying to wind down for bed, which isn't working so well. And I can't get Ruben to wake up and get out of bed. Blah, i swear, i'm exausted, and totally ready for bed.

So i'm going to get out of here, and hopefully get Ruben out of bed to eat, and get to go to bed a little early so i can get up tomorrow and do what i need to do. Take Ivy to school, and go clean. I know that if i can't get out there tomorrow it will have to be next week. This weekend is just for Ruben! So yeah, gonna make sure that we get to have a good weekend.
