Just a day

Today wasn't horrible. But at the same time it wasn't great. It was basic, boring, normal. It's one of those things that happens, ya know?

Ivy was sick over the weekend. And today we decided to keep her home just in case. That way she wouldn't get up there and start running a fever, or feeling crappy, and end up coming home not long after she got there. Halfway through the day i was wishing we had sent her. She was perfectly fine as far as how she was feeling, but the problem was she was still running a mild fever. TOTALLY NOT FAIR! Hopefully that fever will be gone tomorrow because she doesn't need to miss any more school. I hate the fact she had to miss today. That killed her monthly perfect attendance before we even got started. So hopefully next month she can kick it's butt and actually have perfect attendance for the entire month. Hopefully it will be better.

We didn't accomplish ANYTHING we wanted to do today. Didn't start sorting, didn't get the house clean, didn't get anything done outside the house. That just means that tomorrow morning is gonna be a bit busy, but that's ok. Gotta get the money order for the rent, we need to pick up some diaper wipes, and we need to pick up at least a gallon of milk. And we need to decide what we are doing for dinner so we know if we need to pick up some meat or if the chicken is good enough. And then we need to sort through at least one basket/pile of clothes that the girls got last weekend. And then we need to work on cleaning the house at least a little.

For now, i'm gonna finish watching the season finale of "Too fat for 15: Fighting back" and then i'm going to bed. I'm exausted, and hopefully i can get a good nights sleep.
