Ramblings

Today - We had Ruben's doctors appointment that was supposed to be at 1pm this afternoon. Of course, things didn't work out the way they were supposed to. We showed up where we were told to go, and they had no record of him having an appointment. So they sent him to the other office building. THEY didn't have record of his appointment, so they sent him upstairs, and had him talk to the doctor, and fill out random paperwork, and then back downstairs, etc, etc, etc. EVENTUALLY they figured it out and had him meet with the doctor. I swear, we sat there waiting for 2.5 hours. Ruben sat in the office for just as long. And then of course, when the doctor finally did show up, he only saw ruben for all of like 2 minutes. WTF? AND then they tried to say that they waived the majority of the fees, but that he'd still have to pay the 25 dollar co-pay. UM, NO! We were told that he would waive them all. I'm not paying a cent for waiting for 2 hours and only being seen for 2 minutes. They can shove that shit!

So Ruben didn't get to go to sleep until 4. That means he's gonna be horribly tired and impossible to wake up. I'm gonna try to wait as long as possible, but i'm not sure what i'm going to do for dinner for the girls and I. I might have to get out and go to the store after all. UGH. Don't really want to, but what must be done must be done. I guess we will see what happens.

I've got a list of things i need to take care of. i've got to get the coupons for Hobby lobby printed out so i can pick up a few things. I've got to go ahead and pick up the kit for the next class, and i need to pick up my turntable before saturday. I do not want to try to decorate my cake this week without one. It was a huge pain in the ass to try to do that last time. So if absolutely nothign else happens, i'm getting that. I need to double check with Carla and find out how much she's sending me so i know how much i'll have to spend. Hopefully she sent enough to get the kit, the turntable, and a couple other things i need to get, with the 40% off coupons i'm gonna have. Just have to remind Ruben to actually get them printed tonight. And if he doesn't then i'll have to get it all taken care of early on Saturday. Which i really don't want to have to do seeing as how i'll almost assuradly be rushing around. BLAH, i guess we find out huh?

Tomorrow i'm going out to clean the mold out of James' bathroom. Hopefully the stuff he has for me to use will work quickly and effectivly, because i really don't want to have to fight with it for too long. I'll probably get myself a monster, so i have the caffine, and down a full tramadol (i've only been taking halves when i need them) to make sure that energy and pain aren't a problem. That way maybe i can put in a good 4-5 hours on it. I know with the drill head and scrubber it shouldn't be TOO difficult to make good time. We will just have to see though.

Then tomorrow night i need to bake the cake i'll need for Saturday. Then i can get it iced and ready to go for decorating it saturday. Shoudln't take too long. I just know i'm gonna be exausted by the time i'm finished with the bathroom, so hoepfully i've still got enough energy to make it all work. I might have to enlist the help of Ruben, lol. We will see.

And then Saturday is a BUSY busy day. I'll have class from 11-1, home by 2, then dress the girls up and take them to trick or treat city as soon as we can get over there. Then that night we are gonna go trick or treating with the girls. So i've got a huge busy busy day.

Right now, i've got to go get some things done before desiree wakes up. So i'll ramble more later.
