A crazy day, and great people

This morning was totally insane. Our car battery apparently decided it was time to just die. No REAL warning. The other night Ruben went to start it at work to move it like he does almost every night, and it wouldn't start. Um, ok. FUN. Usually when it starts to go bad you've got a day or two. This was not the case this time. We go out there and start to mess with it, clean the terminals and stuff, and it works. Soo we thought it might be ok. Last night it was a bit of a bitch to start, clicking and all that jazz. This morning, we pulled the battery out of the other car cause it sat too long and went dead, so we were gonna charge it. We dropped it off, and had them check the batter in teh Grand Am, and it said it was ok for a few days, then headed over to walmart to pick up some diapers. At the stop light at the interstate and sooner, the car died. Started it back up, and it died again. I kept it in park after i started it again and gave it a little gas until the light changed so i could keep it going. We get through the light and on to the next one, and it dies again. pull into he walmart parking lot, and it died again. ANd another two times in teh parking lot before we pulled it and took it in to have it tested, and it was DEAD dead. SOO, we had to replace it, right then and there. That was 70 bucks we didn't have. FUN

So we came home and spoke to ruben's boss, and she said she'd help. And i got ahold of my mom, and she said she would help. I just hope it;s enough to keep us above ground until he gets paid again. Guess we will see what happens.

At least the last few hours of the day went ok. Fixed homemade spaghett and meatballs for dinner, watched my shows, and got a good hot shower. Feeling much less stressed, just wish the tension in my body would go away.
