19/30 - Places to live

If you could live anywhere, where would it be and why?

If i had any choice where i got to live out the rest of my life, there are a couple places that would be perfect to me.

First would be Japan.  The way of life there;  the rituals, and customs, and beauty.  The countryside and all it's beauty.  The launguage, which i think is beautiful.  We have considered taking them up on the teach Japanese children English once the girls are grown and out of the house.  I guess we will see.  But i want to at least get to visit, and TRULY visit, before i die.

The second would be New York - Or at least that area.  New York, Mass, etc.  I love it up there.  It's beautiful.  I love New York City.  Just so much about that area that I Love.  Broadway, Times Square, The Empire State Building (and the amazing view from the observation deck) And a lot of my family is from up that way.  :)

               And I love New York for more than just the city.  Upstate New York is absolutely stunning.  It's almost amazing that the two are in the same state.  New York City, with all it's crazy tall buildings and streets that stretch as far as the eye can see, and Upstate, with it's beautiful mountains, and miles and miles of open land, lush and green. 

Yeah, i think those are the two places that i'd love to live most.  In that order too. :)
